Prepped breakfast for the week! 👏🏼 with my little sidekick.

Homemade bacon McGriddles.. my favorite!

McGriddle pancake mix:

4 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups milk

I used wide mouth mason jar rings for the perfect circle pancakes and I also used it for my eggs! Once i flipped them, I removed the rings. 🥓🥚
