Oh.My.Goodness!!!!!! Who would not want this for their wedding reception?
They are the perfect size AND portable AND delicious! These "pie pops" are absolutely divine!! These particular flavors were peach, blueberry, and strawberry rhubarb. They were absolutely amazing! You can get these at Pie.ology.missouri in Willow Springs. I wish I would have got pictures of the slab pies they were beyond gorgeous!!!

Yesterday afternoon I was asked to provide dinner for a very special family for the celebration of life of their mother. I was truly touched. I can't express how sorry I am for the loss of such a beautiful soul.
I was asked to serve her favorite foods which would have been a potato bar, a salad bar and fried chicken with biscuits. They supplied the fried chicken and I supplied everything else. Everything came together perfectly and I hope I honored her memory well.
Derek and Nikki, I am so very sorry for you and your family's loss. You are all in my prayers.

The dinner menu was cashew chicken, general chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, sweet and sour sauce, and also crab rangoon from the amazing Mary’s Asian Diner .

You know you're doing something right when you are asked to make lunch for the health department 😍😍😍 today I sent out chicken salad croissants, broccoli cheddar soup and spring salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Some of my absolute favorite menu items! Needless to say I made double batches so that I can have it for dinner tonight, and lunch tomorrow, and maybe dinner tomorrow night too 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you so much Johnna for trusting me to make your lunch for the office!!!

Congratulations Anna and Corey! Your wedding was absolutely beautiful and I was honored and blessed to be a part of it. Thank you Amanda and Justin for your trust in me for your daughter's beautiful day! Last night Crystal Doan Cameron and I put on a wonderful dinner and dessert table display for this beautiful couple. The dinner menu was garden salad with dressing and croutons, Southern green beans with bacon, loaded mashed potatoes, Italian sliced chicken breast, smoked sliced brisket with fresh rolls and butter. On the dessert table were mini desserts of fruit tartlets, mousse filled brownie bites, strawberry and turtle cheesecake shooters, and banana pudding cups. Everything came out absolutely beautiful!!
I also want to extend a huge thank you to the following vendors for their professional courtesies, I always enjoy working with you!

Tonight's wedding menu was spring salad with raspberry vinaigrette, London broil, cranberry orange chicken, roasted potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans and yeast rolls with butter. I think everybody was happy!
