North Pulaski Farms North Pulaski Farms' mission is to bring the highest quality locally grown certified organic fruit and vegetables to market in central Arkansas.

North Pulaski Farms is owned and operated by Walker Elkins. Since he was 16 walker dreamed of becoming a farmer. In 2022 that dream became a reality when he purchased the farm from Kelly Carney. The farm grows certified organic fruits and vegetables and sells them at local markets and restaurants.
