Change of plans tonight! ✨

Our live music plans have shifted, but that just means tonight is the perfect night to slow down, sip something good, and enjoy the quiet beauty of Fyre Lake Winery. 🍷

Come unwind, take in the scenery, grab a bite, and enjoy a peaceful evening by the lake. Sometimes the best nights are the ones without a plan! 🤎

Local. That is what has stuck with me since some of our very first Facebook posts.

I clearly remember one commenter saying that we would only bring people from the City to work here and that we wouldn’t care about the local population. I held onto that comment, not even knowing what this venture would eventually look like.

I’m proud to say that we are firmly planted in this area, and “local” means everything to us.

Almost all of our staff live within 20 miles of us. A supermajority of the talent we bring to Fyre Lake is also within 20 miles of us, and we are members of all local surrounding Chamber of Commerce. The sales and property taxes we pay here go right back into our community.

I would like to highlight a great culinary event we are hosting tomorrow night, one that is entirely comprised of local businesses, farmers, and talent.

Tomorrow night, we are hosting the Washington County Farm Tour with a farm-to-table dinner featuring:

🥩 Smoked Brisket — Brewer’s & Sons
🥔 Smashed Herbed Potatoes — Local Farmers
🌽 Roasted Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter — Lewis’s Corn
🍅 Sliced Tomatoes, Basil & Balsamic Pearls — Local Farmers
🍞 Fresh Breads
🍦 Ice Cream — Bold Spoon Creamery
🍪 Shortbread Cookies for Dessert

A local band, Wings of Eagles, will also be playing on our lawn throughout the event.

While our kitchen will remain open to the public, I’m asking those who truly cherish and understand the importance of local to buy into the Farm Tour and help make this event a success. The proceeds help support high school students pursuing agriculture-based fields.
