I have such a great time being part of this committee and festival. Thank you for letting us be a part of each year!

Committee Member Monday! Shout out to Josh, our Beverage Coordinator! Josh has been putting together a stellar lineup all year of Michigan brewers, ciders, NA, and more for the 15 year celebration.

We're also thankful for Clam Lake Beer Co. who helps our beer fest by feeding our brewers in the hospitality tent. Josh and Clam Lake are a community partnership we are so appreciative of! Thanks Josh!

Yesterday we said Happy Retirement to a pair of great humans.
Kenny & Linda we will miss you.
Kenny spent years bringing you great soups.
Miss Linda is ending 30 years of barista service to downtown Cadillac.
As we are saddened by see them go, we hope them the best in retirement.

Update!!
Our new Hood air handler is waiting on part to finish the setup process.
We hope to have it fired up and cooling down very soon.

With the loss of our flattop grill today we are forced to close at 6pm tonight.
A new grill is already in house and is being installed in the morning.
We will be back to full service tomorrow at normal business hours.

Happy Hump Day!!

We will be opening today with a very limited menu. We have a vital piece of equipment that is currently down and waiting for repair.
We hope to have this issue resolved by dinner.

🎆Weekend Features!!🎆

Blackened Swordfish served with rice pilaf and grilled vegetables topped with cilantro lime butter.

For the sweet tooth in us all we have Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake topped with an Apple compote.

❗️Air Conditioning Update❗️We will be opening at 3pm today, in an effort to let our building and equipment continue to cool back down.

✅ We purchased a new air handler for the brewery
✅ We ask for everyones understanding as we wait for delivery and installation of this new unit
✅ We have fans all over the brewery to keep the air moving, we are trying to keep everyone comfortable during this hot spell

We will be closing at 7pm tonight due to the extreme heat.
We just can't cool our old brick building down.
