is a boutique Idaho winery producing wines for restaurant and individual sales. Vale produces small lot, handcrafted wines with grapes sourced from the Snake River Valley AVA. The winery’s first vintages – a 2008 Dry Riesling and their 2008 Chardonnay – both won Gold in the Idaho Wine Competition. Those wines then took Gold and Silver, respectively, in the Northwest Wine Competition. Since then, V

ale Wine Company has continued to make wines of quality and distinction. Vale Wine Company was recognized as the 2013 Idaho Winery to Watch by Wine Press Northwest. In 2014, the winery was purchased by the owners of Hat Ranch Winery, which was named the 2014 Idaho Winery to Watch. The Vale Wine Company winemaking team continues to make great classic varietal wines in the time-honored style of the winery’s founders.
