Hello Friends. We wanted to let you know about a very special event occurring at the Nampa Franz Witte tomorrow, Saturday May 9th. It is the Kaylee Jade Dahlia Day. Flaming Acres Dahlias will be there supporting the event giving away gift bags with dahlia tubers we've grown here on the farm. There are food trucks, a silent auction and best of all you can meet the Goncalves family, who have a foundation you can come and support through a silent auction. The event starts at 10 am and ends at 2 pm. It will be a wonderful time and you do not want to miss it! Dion & Debbie Flaming

Today we pause to honor Kaylee Jade Goncalves, whose life was tragically taken on November 13, 2022. Her family has chosen to carry her light forward in a beautiful way—through a new dahlia named in her memory.
With compassion and generosity, Rivers Dahlias created and dedicated the Kaylee Jade Dahlia, a bloom described by Kaylee’s family as “bright & bold, delicate & fragile… a living flower that can remain long after we are not here ourselves.”
As an Idaho dahlia grower, Flaming Acres Dahlias stands with the Goncalves family in their mission to remember, respect, honor, and educate others about Kaylee Jade forever. The impact of such loss is beyond words, yet love and beauty remind us that darkness never has the final say. The Kaylee Jade Dahlia will be available in December at Rivers Dahlias
Our hearts are with the Goncalves family today. May Kaylee’s light continue to shine through every bloom.

Help Divide & Conquer! Volunteer at Flaming Acres Dahlias

Want to learn the art of dividing dahlia tubers? This October, we’re inviting volunteers to join us on the farm for our annual tuber harvest. You’ll receive hands-on training in spotting “eyes” on tubers, enjoy a fun day outdoors, and take home a dahlia tuber for every hour you work!

Hello Friends. Please check out this video about what is happening at Flaming Acres in 2025 and our plans for next year. We will not be open for Fall Harvest Days in 2025. We are transitioning the farm into producing dahlia tubers. Our surplus tubers are now available for sale online at flamingacresdahlias.com. Hello Friends.
Come on out to Flaming Acres Farm this weekend! We are open Saturdays & Sundays noon to 6 pm until October 27th. Our pumpkin patch is ready for picking and the corn maze for exploring. The whole farm is in full swing with a wide array of fun activities. At our very own Flaming Acres Grill we offer delicious grilled hamburgers & hotdogs, corn on the cob, pumpkin pie and more. The C**k A Doodle Brew has hot and cold specialty drinks and dessert items on the menu. Just for fun this weekend we are offering an arts and crafts activity that combines our flowers with pumpkins from 1-3 pm. Come enjoy the best little farm in the treasure valley this weekend!
