The Freckled Fox Food Truck We’re a locally owned spot for food! WE LOVE FLAVOR, and our food shows it. Our burgers are pattied daily. The salads are cut fresh.

And our tots are fried to a golden crisp before they’re topped with our house made dressings and sauces.

Southwest burger - previously known as the SJBC Burger. A hand pattied burger topped with cheddar cheese, crisp crumbled bacon, diced pickled jalapeños, and southwest ranch, on a buttered and toasted bun. Served with chips and Mac salad. -$10

NoCo Style hot dog- a spin on Chicago style, this 1/4 pound all beef hot dog is grilled and topped with a pickle spear, diced tomato, banana pepper rings, brown mustard, and celery salt on a steamed bun! Served with a side of chips and Mac salad.-$9

Southwest Salad- A delicious blend of romaine and spring mix topped with black beans, diced tomato, fresh cut fire roasted sweet corn, pepper jack cheese, and grilled chicken. Topped with our house made southwest ranch dressing. $11

Quesadilla day. We’re in on 6/18 from 10:30-1:30. Come get them hot and crispy fresh off the griddle!

Chicken or Beef Quesadilla- a large flour tortilla filled with melted cheese and fresh grilled chicken or seasoned beef then grilled to have a crisp outer shell and topped with fresh made pico de gallo, shredded iceberg lettuce and sour cream. served with a side of chips and salsa. Jalapenos available per your request.- $9

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla- Grilled chicken tossed with Buffalo sauce and melted pepper jack cheese (ummm yes please) in a crispy tortilla. With a side of all the regular fixins. If you’d like some ranch, blue cheese, extra Buffalo or pickled jalapeños just ask us! -$9

Fajita Quesadillas- our perfectly seasoned quesadilla served with your choice of protein, chicken or beef, stuffed full of cheese, and topped with grilled peppers and onions before it folded and perfectly seared into a crisp triangle of perfection. Then we're going to serve it up with a side of fresh made pico, cool sour cream, and shredded iceberg lettuce. It'll also come chips and salsa.-$9

Hump day, 6/17. We’re here from 10:30-1:39 so come grab an absolutely fabulous club croissant or devil dog!

Turkey bacon club croissant- A delicious croissant topped with three cuts of turkey, fresh and crispy bacon strips, shaved lettuce, provolone cheese, and sliced tomato, then hit with white vinaigrette, and house made herbed mayo. Served with potato salad and kettle chips.-$11

Devil dog- 1/4 lb all beef hot dog stuffed with pepper jack cheese, creamy Cole slaw, pickled jalapeños, and a streak of Sriracha! Served with a side of macaroni salad and kettle chips.-$8

Braxton’s Pizza burger- a mix of hamburger and Italian sausage, topped with pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil on a buttered toasted bun. Served with a side of Mac salad and chips.-$10

Santa Fe Rice Bowl- This Bowl is filled with freshly made long grain rice, topped with freshly grilled chicken or beef (your choice), Mexican cheese blend, sautéed peppers and onions, house made corn salsa, sour cream, and a drizzle of our southwest ranch dressing. Want some fresh jalapeno, just ask. Served with a side of chips and salsa. $11

The jalapeño popper burger- our seasoned and grilled burger topped with a mix of creamed cheese, fire roasted jalapeño, shredded cheddar, garlic and freshly made bacon bits. Served on a toasted bun with sides of chips and macaroni salad. DON’T SLEEP ON THIS BURGER!-$10

Southwest wrap- everything you love about our southwest salad out into a wrap and grilled crispy. Served up with a side of SW dressing, Mac salad and chips!-$9

The Chicken Parm- A fresh grilled (yes grilled to keep it healthier) chicken breast that's been topped with pesto, hit with marinara sauce, and then topped with melted provolone cheese. Served with a side of Mac salad and chips .-$9

Yo! Here we go NoCo. Get your orders in early on Tuesday 6/9! As always we will be in from 10:30-1:30!

Queso Smothered burrito- a burrito filled with chicken or beef and a mix of sautéed peppers & onions. Then we throw in some black beans and rice, wrap it up and grill it then top with WHITE QUESO and fresh pico and a dollop of sour cream. You’ll need a knife and fork for this one. Comes with a side of chips and salsa. -12

Mushroom onion Swiss burger- our hand patties dandy beef topped with sweet Carmelized onions, hearty sautéed mushrooms and meaty Swiss cheese. Top it with whichever condiment you’d like (I prefer A-1). Served with Mac salad and chips. $10

The wrap- grilled chicken, wrapped in a flour shell alongside fresh cut tomato, lettuce, sliced red onion, and shredded cheese with your choice of sauce ( ranch, southwest ranch, buffalo, or any mix of these you’d like). Served with a side of seasoned potato wedges.-$10

The Mac Dog- our 1/4 pound weener topped with house made Mac and cheese then hit with fresh crisp crumbled bacon. Served with kettle chips and potato salad.-$9

Fridayyyyyyyy! Come see us June 5th for a GREAT menu. If you’re a newbie to us, this is the day to stop in and grab a couple different meals! As always we’re in from 10:30-1:30!

Southwest loaded Tots- A large portion of crispy tots, topped with seasoned and grilled chicken, shredded Colby jack cheese, cool sour cream, our house made southwest ranch dressing, and chopped green onion. Delicious. -$11

The John Wayne- it got its name because it puts all the other wannabe cowboys to shame. A whole beef patty covered with steak seasoning that’s been grilled and topped with crispy onion rings, pepper jack cheese, crisp bacon, and house made buff-a-que sauce. This ones served with tots!-$11
