Ok ok here’s the new new in BBQ we got a rack of St. Louis ribs and a half rack of beef ribs that I cut off a 21 pound whole rib eye roast. I made a whole prime rib and saved half the rack of ribs that came off of them.cooked them up today with a rack of st Louis for 5 1/2 hours! 3/1.5/1 Both came out amazing!!! Different Homemade rubs and bbq sauce for each of them! also some grilled smoked corn on the cob and homemade country beans that I forgot to take pictures of! Let me know what you think! It’s official!! I will be competing at the Idaho state fair in Boise this Saturday on the 26th for a bbq competition In chicken and ribs!!! I will be 1 of 14 teams competing!! If you follow me and are in the area come on down and show some love!!! I will be cooking extras for some to taste!! Ronnie johnson bbq!! Come and see me!!!
