We haul our own hay as well for others & when we have time we do commercial trucking. In 2008, we started to sell hay to local folks and a few friends. As the word got out, the demand for hay began to grow. In 2009 we bought our first Semi, and we nick named her "Big Red." During the fall of 2011, we were able to build a hay barn, bought a bigger semi an

d a trailer, and started to haul our own hay. In 2012 we started selling feed & Mix-30, which is a liquid protein for cattle and other livestock. We have grown from a very small part time to a full time operation. We currently have three full time employees & a part time employee. We have an excellent reputation for supplying premium quality horse hay, cow hay & livestock feed, to folks from one horse or cow to established ranchers. Here @ BA Livestock we are a little old fashioned. We believe in doing business the old fashioned way. We do what we say we are going to do & are willing to earn your business. Fine Print
Not only do we sell hay & feed, we deliver hay & feed to our customers, haul cattle & hay, farm, lease pasture land & run cattle & when we have time we do commercial trucking. Therefore, we are usually not here at the farm during the day. If you need something before 3:00pm, please call ahead. CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Payment is due at the time of purchase/delivery. Checks returned or dishonored by your bank are assessed a $20.00 service fee. Unpaid accounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per year). accounts requiring collection activity are assessed all attorney fees, costs of collection, courts costs and fees to the maximum extent of the law. WARRANTY ON HAY
All hay is sold "as is, where is" with no warranties neither expressed nor implied. No returns on hay, except as provided for horse hay. Hay which is sold as "horse quality" is sold free of obvious mold. If mold is found in the interior of the "horse hay" bales within ten days of purchase, we will replace your returned moldy hay with like quality and quantity. There is no warranty on hay purchased by semi loads.

Morning! We are monitoring the Hammer fire down south of us. If anyone in the evacuation area needs a place for cattle we can house about 30-40 head of cattle and a few pigs. We also have two stock trailers that we could make into enclosures for chickens/turkeys/ducks.

Our prayers go out to all of the people who are under evacuation and pre evacuation, all of the firefighters and volunteers, sheriff, police departments and news broadcaster that are helping monitor and fight this fire. ❤️

We would like to thank everyone who’s reached out to see if Alex is okay from the 24fire down in Penrose. The fire is less than a mile from her home. She was evacuated on Friday March 20th. Her kids and animals/livestock are safe, but stressed with being displaced at the moment. The fire grew even more over night to 4,607 acres, but hopefully with the cooler temperatures today they will get the fire out soon.
