Beef butchering class

Hey all its about that time. We will be doing a beef butchering course. Next class starting this weekend. (first day needs to be a pretty nice outside)
Day 1 Down and quarter this is aprox 4hour class
Then we rest the beef for aprox 2 weeks
Day 2 - 4 is beef cuts and packaging. This us an all day class starts at 10am. Time will vary depending on size of the beef and how many people are in the class.

Class is $100 per person discounts for couples lunch or dinner provided.
