Hotter Than Hugh

09/30/2026

Rampstop Market is officially celebrating with a GRAND OPENING!

Join us Saturday, October 17 from Noon–2 PM for a LIVE remote with Jalen Daugherty and Cromwell Media Owensboro.

Come meet the folks behind RampStop, check out the market, and help us celebrate a new local business putting down deep roots on the river and staying anchored in our community.

Hugh will be there with Hotter Than Hugh Hot Sauce, with $1 from each bottle benefiting United Heroes Alliance in support of veterans.

We’ll also have 89 Angels Inc joining us as we get ready for McLean County’s First Annual Burger Week, kicking off the following week! During Burger Week, $1 from every featured burger sold will benefit 89 Angels.

230 W 2nd Street, Calhoun, KY

Proud to sponsor this celebration,
Stephanie Wright, REALTOR®
Greater Owensboro Realty Company

That’s my grandson! Thanks for the shout out Willie D Fishing.

What’s for supper? Chicken from Moonlite, my Momma’s green beans and taters, and my Papaw’s Hotter Than Hugh Hot Sauce. Willie D approved!

Congratulations to Daviess County’s own Missy Holtrey for being crowned 2026 Mrs. Daviess County. We appreciate all of the volunteer work and awareness Missy does for the community. This is an honor well deserved.

Today is the day! Go support a great family at Jays Drive In!

Many of you know and love Rickey Tanner. As he battles brain cancer, our family wanted to find a way to help.

Hotter Than Hugh is donating two full cases of hot sauce, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Rickey Tanner family.

Rickey is a well-known and well-loved member of our community. If you’ve ever shared a conversation, a laugh, a friendship, or simply crossed paths with him over the years, this is an opportunity to show your support.

To purchase a bottle, please contact Ginger Bragg or Julie Tanner. Their contact information will be posted shortly.

McLean County has always been at its best when neighbors come together to help neighbors. Let’s rally around Rickey and his family and remind them they are not facing this journey alone.

Please share this post and help us spread the word. ❤️
