Ruff House Ranch Medlars, Eggs, Jams and Honey We are a small Ranch located about 40 miles North East of Bakersfield.

Here at Ruff House Ranch we have a very rare Medlar orchard and an orchard of mixed fruits. We are just getting started and in the near future we will have for purchase, jams, cheese, eggs, honey and Medlars.
