TODAY’S THE DAY, BAKERSFIELD.

The Great Bakersfield Pumpkin Patch at Murray Family Farms is officially OPEN for 2026.

Starting today, October 1, the Big Red Barn is turning into our favorite place to spend fall. Come pick out a pumpkin, explore the farm, wander through the mazes, visit the animals, take a tractor-drawn wagon tour, bounce, slide, play, take pictures, and stay for an October evening under the lights.

And every paid admission includes a pumpkin to take home.

OPEN EVERY DAY IN OCTOBER, Free pumplkin with every paid admission

Monday–Thursday: 2 PM–9 PM
Friday–Sunday: 1 PM–10 PM

WEEKDAY ADMISSION
General Admission: $19.99
Ages 2–4: $9.99
Ages 1 & under: FREE
Super Admission: $27.99 and includes 100 paintball shots

Weekend admission is $21.99 general, $10.99 ages 2–4, and $29.99 for Super Admission.

Your Pumpkin Patch admission includes a whole farm full of fall fun, including:

The wagon ride is getting an upgrade this year.

A big thank you to for sponsoring the tractors that will be pulling our wagon ride tours through the farm during the Great Bakersfield Pumpkin Patch.

These beauties will be putting in plenty of miles this October, carrying families around the farm and giving everyone a chance to see a little more of Murray Family Farms.

We’ve been busy getting the farm ready for October, and this year’s Pumpkin Patch is starting to look a little more… extraterrestrial.

The Vortex is getting its finishing touches, the aliens are moving in, and we’re getting closer to opening day.
