Pulled Fork BBQ, llc We make great food for great people, and bring real Texas BBQ to New Jersey! 15 years ago, Mike moved to NJ from his home state of Texas for work.

He was homesick and ready to call it quits. One day, he was invited to "a barbeque". He couldn't wait...ribs, brisket, chicken...well, he soon found out that "BBQ" in NJ means burgers and dogs. On the bright side, he did find something at that "BBQ" that he was missing. 14 years later, Mike and Jen and their son Cody are happily settled in Califon, NJ. Mike started building UDS's (ugly drum smoker

s) as a hobby. He loved smoking meat for family and friends, and experimenting with new recipes and techniques, finding his own smoking style. In the Fall of 2014, The Pulled Fork, LLC was born! Our goal is make great food for great people and to bring REAL Texas BBQ to NJ, where it is not easy to find!
