Creamy Salted Caramel Apple Cheesecake Cups
These are my go-to for fall get-togethers when I want something individually portioned.
Ingredients:
1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
8 oz (226g) frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
3/4 cup (95g) apples, peeled and finely diced, patted dry
1/2 cup (150g) caramel sauce, divided
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand
Divide and press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving cup to form a thin crust layer
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until completely smooth
Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy
Tip: Patting the diced apples dry before folding them in keeps the filling from turning watery
Fold in the diced apples
Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer in each cup
Top each cup with a dollop of the remaining whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel sauce
Sprinkle generously with flaky sea salt, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
Prep: 20 mins | Chill: 2 hours | Total: 2 hours 20 mins
Kcal: ~210 per cup | Servings: 8
