Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients 🛒

2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 large flour tortillas

Directions 🍽️

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
Make the Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parsley. Stir well and set aside.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas. Divide the cooked chicken evenly between the tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Drizzle with the garlic sauce.
Wrap and Toast: Fold the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

🥳❤️ Ultimate Patty Melt with Secret Sauce ❤️🥳

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef 🍔

8 slices of rye bread 🍞

8 slices of Swiss cheese 🧀

1 large onion, thinly sliced 🧅

4 tbsp butter (plus extra for spreading) 🧈

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

For the Secret Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise 🥪

2 tbsp ketchup 🍅

1 tbsp relish 🥒

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1/2 tsp onion powder 🧅

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Directions:

1. Mix the Magic! 🥄 Start by whipping up that secret sauce in a small bowl! Mix together the mayo, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Taste, adjust, and set that saucy goodness aside. 😋

2. Caramelize Those Onions! 🧅 Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add those thinly sliced onions, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook until they turn into golden, caramelized perfection – about 10-15 minutes. Set aside on a plate. 🍽️

3. Shape the Patties! 🍔 Divide your ground beef into 4 patties, making them slightly larger than your bread slices. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill them up in the same skillet until they reach your perfect doneness – about 4 minutes per side for a juicy medium. Set those beauties aside. 😍

Spicy Bacon Jalapeño Popper Eggrolls with a Rich Cheese Core 🧀.

Ingredients🛒:
- 8 eggroll wrappers.
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped.
- 1 green onion, finely chopped.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Vegetable oil, for frying.

Directions👨‍🍳:
1️⃣ In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese with cheddar, bacon crumbles, jalapeño bits, green onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth 🌶️🧀.
2️⃣ Lay an eggroll wrap on a flat surface. Add about 2 tbsp of the cheese mix in a diagonal line in the center.
3️⃣ Fold the bottom tip over the mix, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly like a burrito 🌯. Seal the edges with water 💧.
4️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C) 🍳.

Italian Sausage and Peppers🥘🍴

✅ Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 package Johnsonville Naturals Mild Italian Sausage
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

✅ Instructions:

Add vegetable oil to a large pan and heat over medium-high heat.

Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove sausage from pan and set aside (Note: You do not need to cook it through at this point.)

Add onion and peppers to grease left in pan and cook over medium heat until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Slice sausage into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Return sausage to pan along with all other ingredients.

Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, until sausage is cooked through and sauce is thickened.

Serve on hoagie rolls if disered

SOFT PASTY WITH CHEESE JAM OR CHICKEN FILLING

INGREDIENTS:
dough
2.5cups flour
1tbsp Sugar
1tbsp yeast
1cup warm water
1/2tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil or ordinary oil

Mix together the warm water and yeast in the bowl
Set aside 2 minutes
To proof
2 . in bowl add 1cup of flour,sugar and water with yeast mixture
Mix together well ,thin cover with plastic wrap and set aside 20minutes


for the filling, anything you want like jam, cheese or sauted chicken

Rapid Rise Skillet Rolls

*Ingredients
°1 tbsp instant dry yeast
°1 cup warm water
°1/4 cup honey
°1/4 cup salted butter dissolved
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 large egg
°2 1/2 to 3 meticulous cups for all purposes

*Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the yeast, water and honey. Add the melted butter, salt and eggs until combined.
Slowly add the flour, 1 cup at a time, until the dough forms into a ball and easily withdraws from the sides of the mixing bowl.
Split into 12 equal pieces and shaped into balls. Place in a 12-inch cast iron frying pan. Cover and let rise 20 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Brush with another tablespoon of melted butter if desired.

- Cajun Shrimp Scampi - 🍜😍

INGREDIENTS:
– 12 raw of shrimps (as many as you’d like, I like having a lot in my pasta)
– 1 serving of pasta (preferably a linguine)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbs. butter
– 1/2 c. heavy cream
– shredded parmesan cheese
– 1/8 tsp. basil
– salt and pepper to taste
– flour (to thicken)
– cajun seasoning
– 1/4 c. parsley
– White wine (not shown)
– olive oil (not shown)

DIRECTIONS:
Heat a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of white wine and bring to a boil.
Now add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the shrimps.
Next, season the shrimps with the Cajun seasoning., be generous (to your liking)!
Flip the shrimps when are pink on one side and cook for another minute and remove them from the pan, leaving the liquid.
Slowly start adding the heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and whisk in sprinkles of flour until sauce thickens.
Lower heat to medium-low and add shrimp again.
When finished, toss shrimp to coat with sauce and serve over pasta, topping with parmesan cheese.
