Summer is coming to a close and we are back in full swing with custom processing.
September is booked and October is filling up fast.
We have some locally sourced beef available from Haslag Farms for purchase as a quarter, half or whole!
We also have locally sourced hogs available and ready for processing.

We had another busy night at the Moniteau County Fair. Great to see so much community support from near and far for all the kids!!
It was great collaborating with Jeremy at Smokin’ Bladez Custom Butchering. Building relationships with other small business owners not only gives you the opportunity to share resources, but the willingness to help each other allows two businesses in the same industry to work as a friendly team instead of competing and that builds success!
