At Sassafras Creek, we embrace ORGANIC farming and take great pride growing 60 varieties of delicious, healthy vegetables and fruit from spring to winter. Our mild climate and rich soils are perfect for growing tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, beets, sweet corn, greens and many other tasty foods. Our farm is USDA certified organic by Pennsylvania Certified Organic, and no synthetic chemicals are ever

used in production. Growing wholesome food in living soil is our #1 priority. We improve our soils by using organic compost, cover crops, natural minerals, as well as year-to-year crop rotations.
