Mama is looking for a companion home (that means she is not a riding horse)! This lovely Paint mare, believed to be in her mid-teens, is looking for a wonderful forever home.
Mama is sound, beautiful, the sweetest personality, and has some vision impairment. We're hoping to find her a safe, loving home where she can enjoy life as a companion horse, with equine friends, plenty of room to roam, and someone to love her.
If you have a little extra room in your pasture and your heart, Mama might be your girl!
Please reach out if you're interested or know someone who might be the perfect fit.
Future homes with be thoroughly checked out and must include references.

One of my favorite horses to start, thanks to such a wonderful horse-and-owner team! We giggled our way through so many sessions together, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far Vermeer progressed during his time here at ATKH.
It’s rare that a horse comes in with an owner who has put in so much thoughtful preparation, building a foundation that is clear and makes sense to both the horse and me. What a gift that is as a trainer!
I’ll truly cherish my time with Vermeer and all the laughs along the way. Looking forward to many more lessons, trail rides, and adventures together! Happy trails buddy! 🧡🧡🧡
