We note "dry" on the label as it is bone dry. It has a crisp, Granny Smith green apple and ripe peach aromas. Homage Vineyard was informally started with a gathering of family and friends in 2005. Together we picked the grapes by hand, hauled them into our garage, and destemmed and crushed them manually. We fermented this inaugural vintage in a small, stainless-steel tank.
