First juice of 2026 is now shipping. This is a blend of C***r apples from the Willamette Valley. It features Wickson Crab and is rounded out with a a number of English varieties including Kingston Black, Porters Perfection, and Yarlington Mill. 12 brix 3.45 PH. Pretty decent tannin too! ***r ***rmaker ***r
