I started growing French Breakfast radishes last year. We love them! They have a small amount of spice, but are on the sweeter side. They are great in salads, crudite, or roasting with olive oil and sea salt. Yummy!

My first tray of microgreens. This is new for us this year and I couldn't be more pleased!
You know what else is new? Jerusalem artichokes! They are going in the ground this weekend as well as our heritage potatoes. If you've never had Baltic Rose potatoes, you are missing out!
Hopefully getting cold hardy radishes and kale in the ground this weekend also.
Stay tuned for future offerings!
