We are excited to now offer American Wagyu! Over two years ago, in an effort to improve the quality of our beef, we introduced wagyu genetics into our cows. This year we are seeing those first steers come to market and the results are amazing.
As a reminder, we still finish our beef on grain that we raise on our farm or grass-fed options, our livestock are always treated humanely, and we never give any hormones or antibiotics. In our small little area here in Missouri, it's possible to drive by any of our farming locations and see the cows out in the pasture to know exactly where your beef comes from and how it's being raised.
