We thought about certifying Organic, but after much practice and thought decided that the USDA's standards are actually lower than our own. So instead we practice our own standard, which we call SAFE: Sustainable...All natural... Free range... Ethical. We cultivate clean, naturally-grown vegetables, garlic, and herbs. And every animal who lives here has a purpose and a loving place.
