Today, we recognize and celebrate the retirement of Jack Walker following more than six years with Global Water Technology, Inc. (GWT) after the acquisition of California-based Water-Tech Specialties (WTS) in 2020.

Long before joining GWT, Jack had already earned a reputation as a respected leader and influential figure within the water treatment industry and the Association of Water Technologies community. Throughout his career, he helped build lasting relationships and standards that continue to shape our industry today.

Since joining GWT, Jack has been instrumental in strengthening customer relationships, mentoring and developing team members, and supporting the successful long-term integration of the WTS business into the broader GWT platform. His professionalism, technical knowledge, steady leadership, and unwavering commitment to customers have left a lasting impact across our organization.

Jack also represents something deeply meaningful to our culture. WTS was a true family business built alongside his late wife and children, and that entrepreneurial, family-first spirit remained evident throughout his tenure at GWT. We are grateful not only for his business contributions, but also for the trust, guidance, and partnership he shared over the years.
