FEAST OF THE HUNTER’S MOON—Fri., Oct 9, 6pm. Organizers are preparing a Texas size, farm-style table, approximately 100’, to gather and celebrate community. Local and regional culinary fare will be served with a hunter’s theme menu. The social & gathering will FEATURE FAMILY-OWNED, Groholski Sausage & Meat Market. Groholslki's smoked original Polish sausage, spicey beef sausage, beef stick, beef jerky, and summer sausage along with specialty cheeses. LOCAL CELEBRITY CHEF and PIT MASTER, Joey Victorian of Victorian’s BBQ will be the chef for the Autumn Hunt main course. Victorian was featured on Season 2 of the Netflix series *Barbecue Showdown*, known for his Creole-influenced, tender Barbecue and as the “Texas Tri-Cut King.” Bread baskets and desserts will be curated by local bakers featuring sour dough bread and specialty pies.
