The Cloud Foundation attorneys have been successful in having the start date of the Pryor wild horse removal pushed back to October 19 instead of Oct. 1. This postponement allowed additional time for the attorneys to prepare all the documents required for the initial phase of the litigation. A TRO (temporary restraining order) was filed against the BLM today by our attorneys. Now we have to wait and see how the court addresses it.
