Island Harvest Farm

Island Harvest Farm Farm stand is stocked daily with fresh produce harvested from the farm during peak season from June-October and as produce is available November-May.

Island Harvest Farm is a small-scale farm that grows and sells produce in the Camano Island Community. We produce flavorful, high quality non-GMO crops by building the soil with natural inputs and crop rotations. Customers can find many of their favorites, plus something new to try at the roadside farm stand. The farm’s produce also is available at the Camano Island Farmer’s Market, local restaurants and farm to table meals on the farm.

We got the dry beans inside before it rains! Whew!!! Once they finish drying, we will start the journey of cleaning them...

Will seaweed improve soil and increase yields? Through participating in the University of Washington’s Blue Carbon, Green Fields project I got 4 totes of invasive seaweed from a local shellfish farmer to apply to my fields and track if yields increase. Also learned about a totally different and fascinating kind of farm in the process (think I’ll stick with farming on land for now)
