laces you want to experience, then safely gets you home. No worries about directions, traffic or parking. You chose a start time, and we will meet you at your designated location. And, don't forget the essentials...water, sunscreen, and munchies. Do you have your own vehicles? Not at this time. We have on occasion secured a rental vehicle for guests at an additional cost. Do you take us to where we want to go? Yes, if you have a route in mind pass it along or together we can plan a personalized route for your day. We will make suggested stops based on your responses to a few questions. No additional fee for this service. What areas do you service? We currently service the following wine regions: Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Cambria, Monterey, Carmel, Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Solvang, Santa Margarita, and Santa Cruz
Do you make reservations for us? Yes, upon request we will make your reservations for you. We know the areas and distance between stops. Relieving you of any stress. Are there any additional fees? If you have us coming to meet you outside Santa Barbara County or Monterey County or if you have a different meet and drop locations. Aside from those two instances, there are no hidden fees if you are within the counties we drive in. Is gratuity included in the hourly rate? No, it is at your discretion and preferred in cash. How much is a standard tip? The average tip we receive is 27%, but we have been given generously up to 40%. We strive to make your day carefree and memorable by providing excellent customer service. How many wineries can we visit in a day? Typically a mature palate can get up to five or six wineries in a six hour period. Other groups may want to have a more relaxed and memorable wine adventure and stop at two or three wineries during the day. How much is your service? We offer three different packages. What is provided in the Simple Picnic Lunch? All our simple picnic lunches include four different types of cheese, olives, Balsamic & Olive Oil dip, a loaf of french bread, fresh fruit, nuts, veggie tray with dips and bottled water. Is there a cancellation policy? Because we are a small family owned business, cancellations have an impact on us. We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations within 72 hours of the tour’s start time are subject to the forfeit of their deposit. If unforeseen circumstances (sickness, family emergency, etc.driver / wine) require Cellars Avenue, to cancel your reservation, we will refund your fee and do everything we can to find you another reputable driver/wine tour guide at the same price. How will we know who our driver is? You will get an email confirming your reservation and your driver's name. We call you before the tour to introduce ourselves, confirm start time and location, as well as answer any questions you may have. What credit cards to you accept? All major credit cards are accepted. We only use a credit card for your deposit. Your deposit holds the day for you.
