Meet the family behind all the chaos!
I just realized that I have never formally introduced us!
David and I (Megan) started dating in 2018 at just 18 and 19 years old! We got married in October of 2020 (peak covid).
We have 3 absolutely BEAUTIFUL children! Dakotah- 4.5, Peyton- almost 3, and Lane- 1
David and I both still work full time jobs, and he is also a volunteer firefighter in our community.
We bought our first home in August of 2022, where we started our little slice of heaven in May of 2024 when our amazing neighbors gifted us their flock of chickens and their chicken coop. From there we expanded almost weekly!
We now breed Light Brahma chickens, Royal Palm turkeys, and Call ducks.
This year, we started a lot of new things! A giant garden, meat birds and my dreams finally came true and we own 2 beef cattle that we hope to breed and someday provide beef for our own little family and hopefully expand beyond that.
David grew up on his families beef farm, so luckily he has a lot of knowledge (and resources to reach out to) about “farm life”. He was just lucky enough to marry a girl with big dreams of wanting a farm of her own!😜
We have BIG plans for this upcoming calendar year, and hope you follow along while our dreams unfold❤️
