****Update****
With slow responses from their tech support I have found another form creator that we will be trying for the time being. This form also goes directly to PayPal to complete the order form. I will be adding more payment methods as things progress. Thank you for your patience while we get things sorted out and running the best for everyone!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that apparently we are having some issues with the order form. In order for the order to actually be submitted to my inbox the feedback page has to be filled out or I will not receive your order. I am looking into trying to get this fixed as this wasn’t how the form was set up.
