In the top 25% WW and top 25% MARB, he is sure to sire heavy weaning calves while his daughters will grow into functional moderate framed cows.

His full brother from last year’s offering was a bull we held back to use on our registered herd - now 5029 has grown into the spitting image of his brother, if not landing a step ahead.

His dam has a calving interval of 364 days and a weaning ratio of six calves at 109.

DV Auction came out Thursday to take the videos then we completed the pictures yesterday! Thankful to have such beautiful weather followed by a little rain this morning!

Merry Christmas from our family to yours! Today we celebrated Christmas together and remembered Dave’s dad, Carl, who would have been 92 today. Carl was a third generation Furnas County rancher that helped pave the way for our operation today. We can’t help but think of him often and have no doubt he’d be damn proud of where we are today!
