2026 Summer Recap:

• Thousands of cones plucked
• Hosted a multi-family antique sale
• Hosted the Iowa Christmas Tree Association Summer Meeting
• Continuous mowing from wet conditions (also means great tree growth!)
• Daily shearing of trees
• Enjoying the wildlife 😊

In July, we had the great pleasure of hosting Iowa tree growers from around the state to show our processes, bounce ideas, and learn new methods!

The shearing of all trees will be complete in the coming weeks and then our focus shifts to cleaning/preparing the farm for the Christmas season!

As we approach the fall portion of the calendar, we wanted to inform you of the latest changes to our Photography Policy. As always, we value our relationship with you and greatly appreciate your interest in having our tree farm as your background for your clients.

In recent years, we've unfortunately found our policy being taken advantage by some and it has negatively impacted our business operations and customer’s experience. Although we have amazing relationships with many of you, our customers and their experience on our tree farm is our top priority. We hope to continue to provide a scenic background for your photoshoots with the latest version of our Photography Policy. We appreciate your understanding and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

All customers are welcome to take pictures while on the farm picking out their tree or while enjoying everything our tree farm has to offer! Our only request is that you stay aware of other customers while taking pictures.

Thank you to Ben & Nick of Wolcyn Tree Farms & Nursery for joining us at our farm as we were the hosts of the Iowa Christmas Tree Association Meeting this weekend! Our customers absolutely love their trees every Christmas in our pre-cut building. More photos to come from an eventful weekend with such wonderful people!
