Sip into summer with a twist on a classic!

Our Strawberry Rhubarb Tom Collins combines Vermont Ice Gin, fresh lemon juice, strawberry simple syrup, and club soda for a bright, refreshing cocktail that's made for warm days.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Vermont Ice Gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz strawberry simple syrup
Club soda

Directions:
Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a fresh strawberry or dehydrated lemon.

Long before it's poured into a glass, whiskey begins here. We've spent the last three years growing our own rye, knowing one day we'd be able to distill and bottle it just a few hundred feet from where it was planted, and it's finally happening!
