Prairie Fire Farm We raise Berkshire hogs on pasture or deep-bedded systems, feed 'em well, treat 'em well, and end up with incredible pork.

We sell sides and quarters of beef or sides of pork. We raise all animals humanely, allowing them natural behaviors and habitat. Pigs are raised outdoors and allowed to root, cows are always on pasture and allowed to walk and graze. Meat is available on a limited, seasonal basis. Call or email to inquire about availability.

Hi, friends! Just letting everyone know it's almost time for us to finish some steers, and we are offering sides and split sides (quarters) for sale. Beef will be ready to pick up in Reeseville, WI the week after Thanksgiving.

This is very tasty pasture raised and fed beef. Locally, humanely raised, it is lower in fat than store bought and full of flavor without the feedlot junk!
