We have heard this firsthand from many of our herdshare members that are lactose intolerant.. but do absolutely great with raw milk!🥛

RAW MILK AND LACTOSE INTOLERANCE 🥛🧐🥛: Lactose intolerance and maldigestion of pasteurized milk are significant factors for many people who choose raw milk. Pasteurization inactivates enzymes and also denatures proteins, and consequently pasteurized milk induces digestive discomfort in many people.

Although detractors argue that there is no evidence that raw milk helps with lactose intolerance, this is false. In reality, there is a large body of evidence in support of raw milk helping with lactose intolerance.

It’s definitely a hot chocolate kind of day!!!

Chocolate milk never tasted so good!
Especially when you heat it up on days like today 😋⛄️ ☕️ ❄️

Just 4 ingredients:
1. Milk (Raw is best!) 1 gallon
2. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup
3. Maple syrup 1/2 cup
4. Hot water 1/2 cup
-Mix cocoa powder,maple syrup and hot water together and then add to your gallon of milk.

It’s hard to believe, the first calf born on our farm Tiana is just under 3 weeks away from having a calf of her own! 🥹

For all of our herdshare members, we will be reaching out over the next few weeks to touch base and get everything setup to be back in milk again! 😁
