Hey everybody! We've got big news! 🚨
As I'm sure many of you have already heard, we've finally found a place to call our own after searching for the better part of a decade..!
We don't want to put the carriage before the horse, and we've got a LONG way to go yet, but it's safe to say this is a dream come true for us, and could be the start of something beautiful for the community if all goes to plan.
The ultimate goal is the same as it always was: a place to eat and a place to gather; where healthy, affordable, locally-sourced food and drink are served caringly within an ethical, sustainable business model. We're working tirelessly to that end, and with any luck, the first phase of Coffee And 2.0 should be up and running next year.🤞
Obviously we're very excited, brimming with confidence and ideas, but no matter how much we believe in ourselves, we know we can't do it alone. An undertaking of this scale truly takes a village, and we look forward to working closely with our friends, neighbors, and longtime supporters to make the vision a reality.
The transformation is already underway, and we'll continue to update you all as we go along, but the first thing on the agenda is a big old tag sale this Sunday, 10-4pm at 12 South Park St in our hometown of Cambridge, NY. We'll have Sage Pizza Company, LLC here serving up some of the best Neapolitan-style pies you're ever likely to eat, and a litany of useful items big and small, all priced to sell. We'll be upstairs in the auditorium so it's on, rain or shine.
