We held a Mixer at The Bog tonight to find a few new folks to carry the Co-Op's mission forward. Thanks to our hosts, to new friends for getting involved, and to Edwin for organizing the event. Good news! When you BYOB at the Co-Op, you can stock up on laundry detergent, dish soap, Dr. Bronner's castile soap and more--without putting more plastic in the waste stream.

MIXER REMINDER: 6/17, 5:30 - 7 PM - The Cambridge Food Co-op has been sustained for decades by a long line of people who decided to pitch in. Some stocked shelves, some bagged raisins, cleaned coolers, unpacked deliveries, planned events, balanced budgets, welcomed new members, or simply said Yes anytime another set of hands was needed. Every one of these people is responsible in some way for the Co-Op still being here for the next generation.
Right now, we're very much in need of a few more people to join that tradition. At Wednesday’s Mixer at The Bog in Cambridge, you can enjoy a drink on us and meet our key staff and volunteers. Find out where you fit in! No experience required, no minimum time commitment.

Shop local and save on gas. A trip to Bennington or Saratoga can easily add $7-$13 in gas alone—and much more when you consider the wear on your vehicle. With gas around $4.40/gallon, shopping close to home makes more sense than taking a road trip. Plus, just look at what has to offer!
