Clairvoyant Clarity Seeking with the MESSO Crew. We laced this Clear Hoppy with the same hops as its hazy counterpart. Check how the hops present uniquely in these different liquids in a side by side 👀. Simple Grain Bill, Snappy Water Profile and Oh Yah…… some of that perfectly balanced Bitterness to round it out. Opaque’n w/ the FAM!

We unleashed this Soft Saturated, Opaque Monster of a Hazy DIPA with our Montreal Family, Messorem. Built on a hefty base of Oat Malt with some Pils sprinkled in just for funsiesss. Hopped w/ Yakima Chief Hops Motueka, John I. Haas, Inc. Galaxy & Freestyle Hops Motueka Hop Kief. Notes of Cotton Candy Dippin’ Dots, Lime Dusted Passionfruit Marshmallow Sorbet & Drippy Melted Mango Leathers.

What an absolute CRUSHER!

We dreamt up a Special Pale L***r w/ our Favorite Montrealiens. Constructed atop a base of Bohemian Floor Malted Pils & An Outstanding lot of Low Alpha French Strisselspalt Hops. Beautifully Clear & Aromatic w/ that perfect balance of bitterness. Notes of Teddy Grahams & Nature’s Own Honey Wheat & Rounded Out w/ Noble Aromatics.

Nothing like gallivanting around NYC with our Homie, Ben, to really get the creating juices flowing.

Late Nights = Great Hoppiesss

We wanted to play off each other’s favorite hop combos with each of us exemplifying one varietal from the trio of hops. We chose our lost love, Riwaka, which really threads this liquid together. RaR Opaque, Can Crack Aromatics & a straight up DUMB MOUTHFEEL. Hopped w/ Freestyle Motueka, Nectaron Hyperboost, Freestyle Riwaka, Freestyle Nectaron & A Blend of Nectaron & Riwaka Hop Kief. Notes Exploded Pineapple Peeps, Frozen Passionfruit Soda Pop Licks & Brûlée’d Guanábana Custard Scoops.

Started with a Clean & Simple base, fermented with our House L***r stain & then pummeled with only our favorite Freestyle Hops Varieties. Hopped w/ Freestyle Riwaka, Freestyle Nelson & Riwaka Hop Kief. Notes of Grapefruit Caviar Bumps, Green Papaya Spritz, & Lemon Guava Water Crackers.”
