🚨 NEW WHISKEY RELEASE: Limousin Rye 12-Year

Our latest Limousin Rye release is now available in the Dancing Goat Distillery tasting room.

This 12-year-old, 128-proof rye is an 8-barrel blend aged in once-used bourbon barrels, then finished for one month in French Limousin oak.

🌾 51% Rye | 45% Corn | 4% Malted Barley

Tasting Notes:
Floral and fruit-forward on the nose with wildflowers, chamomile and berries, followed by caramel, honey, vanilla, pumpernickel, pepper and toasted oak.

The palate is full-bodied and rich with fruit, caramel, cream, nougat, cola, toasted biscuit, citrus, coffee and honey, finishing with French oak and lightly peppery to***co.
