We decided to raise a couple pigs this year, it has been several years. They will be going into Barnes butcher in Camden July 10th. We have 2 300+ pound hogs available. They are $250 for a half and $425 for a whole. You’re responsible for butchers fee.

They are a Red Wattle breed and according to the breeder and Google “Red Wattle pork is renowned for its high quality, featuring a deep, rich, and savory flavor profile with exceptional tenderness and juiciness. It is a heritage breed prized by chefs for its dark-hued, well-marbled meat—particularly in chops and bacon—which offers a superior, intense taste compared to conventional pork.”
