The time has come for a change and all of our hard working dairy girls need new barns to call home. The online catalog with individual cow pics and videos will be available on the Kreeger Auctions website by Wednesday the 12th. The cows sell through online auction January 19, 2022 and load out the next day. All are AI sired, most are Holsteins, and many are registered. There are a few with some Swedish Red and Montbeliarde ancestry and a hand full of JerseyXHolsteins. If you're interested and have any questions about the cows please ask.

Look at this circle of cuteness 😊. It was a busy weekend around here! 5 new heifers and one bull were born (bull not pictured) from Saturday morning to Sunday evening. All the babies are healthy, warm and out of the rain but the people got a bit soggy lol.

The kids had a good time at the Hillsdale County Fair Dairy Show and were able to take home some pretty purple ribbons, banners and a few nice trophies 😊. Thank you to all that helped make this fair week and show possible, especially Aunt Susie, Aunt Luann, Aunt CC, Uncle Joe, Grandma and Grandpa Forrester and Ron the feed man! We couldn't do it without great helpers.

We are ISO a reliable person to be a part-time/fill in calf feeder. Duties would include but may not be limited to feeding the calves their milk and grain, and cleaning up calf feeding equipment for approximately 2 1/2 hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Sunday mornings as well as covering the other calf feeder's shift Sept. 15-17, Hillsdale Fair week and occasionally other times as needed. I have noticed that even in large groups, calves that grew up together still hang out together years later as grown cows. 4920 and 4921 are twins and even though they have free roam of this whole barn they like eating next to each other.
