I have **just TWO** discounted treat boxes available from this week's farmstand, and they're packed with goodies!

Each box includes:
* 4 cookies (peanut butter chocolate and strawberry sugar)
* 1 Oatmeal Creme Pie
* 8 assorted macarons (my choice of flavors)
* 1 loaf of zucchini bread (your choice of Chocolate or Lemon)

Tangzhong Method Cinnamon Rolls! Oh MAN... these are GOOD!

The tangzhong method allows the flour to absorb more moisture, creating an incredibly soft, fluffy dough. Since it's made with a Japanese milk bread recipe, you're left with the most moist, sweet, ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls. 🤤

I think these might just have to make an appearance at our next farm stand opening! 🥰

Have you ever tried tangzhong milk bread? 🍞

Tangzhong is a Japanese bread-making technique where a small portion of the flour and liquid is cooked into a roux before it's added to the dough. It might sound like an extra step, but it creates an incredibly soft, fluffy, pillowy loaf that stays fresh and tender for days.

I finally gave it a try, and now I understand why people rave about it! It's delicious on its own, toasted with butter, or made into the softest sandwiches. Definitely some of the best bread I've ever eaten.

Thank you to everyone who came out last weekend to support our little farm stand!

My goal is to open every two weeks, as I'm a mom to an 11 month-old and a full-time teacher (who's going back to work soon!). So, that means our next opening will be July 18th–19th!

I have some tasty bakes planned, and I'll probably end up making more than what's listed... knowing me. 😋 Stay tuned to see everything that will be available soon!
