I take a lot of pride in making everything from scratch, but even the best bakers have days where the kitchen wins. Today, the Missouri humidity totally deflated my Saturday eclairs. 🤫

But a good baker always has a backup plan.
Instead of eclairs, the universe gave us these gorgeous, crispy, caramelized Palmiers! I even made a raspberry version that is so good it'll make you forget the eclairs ever existed.

We are so excited to introduce our brand new, venue-exclusive flavor: The Headliner! 🎟️✨

This is the ultimate cookie of cookies. We packed it with chocolate, caramel, toffee, and butterscotch and bourbon. Of course, all of that sweet needed something a little salty, so we added a pinch of Applewood smoked sea salt from our awesome neighbors at A Pinch of Happiness Spice Shop!
The result? An absolute masterpiece. It's smoky, salty, gooey, and sweet—a flavor profile that hits all the right notes from the first bite to the last chord. 🎵

Our ovens have been on overload and are being serviced! We are getting our equipment back in tip-top shape. We are so sorry for the temporary inconvenience, but we hope to be back up and running with the hot, fresh cookies you know and love by 1:00 PM today!

BIG NEWS! We’re adding a little sugar right next to the spice and a whole lot of "everything nice" to a brand-new space! 🏠✨

We are officially moving! You can now find us in the gorgeous corner building right next to A Pinch of Happiness Spice Shop!!

The Details:
We aren’t closing for a single second during this transition, so come see us this Friday and Saturday! Our shelves might look a little "minimalist" (okay, a little empty!) while we move the magic over, but the cookies are still hot and fresh out of the oven!

Please bear with us as we settle in—we’re skipping the "closed" sign and going straight to "new beginnings." Stay tuned for a Grand Opening announcement soon—we have so many fun things in store! 🎈🍪
