🍻 New Brew on Tap: Local Roots, Global Flavor 🍻
Straight from the foothills of Cameron Park, we’re pouring something special. Our newest WC IPA, Perfect Strangers (formerly 6-7) is crafted with locally sourced malt from Admiral Maltings and loaded with Nelson Sauvin + Mosaic hops, this fresh release brings bright tropical fruit, white grape, citrus zest, and just the right touch of dank pine.
Built on a smooth, flavorful local grain backbone, this beer is all about celebrating great ingredients and the community that grows them.

Happy National Rescue Dog Day! 🐕🧡 Hubie wanted to pose for the occasion but he’s a puppy, so this is what we got. We love him anyway.

Big news to pair with the celebration — Telegram Sam is here! Our new West Coast Pilsner is pouring now: mango, orange pith, dank. 5.4% ABV and incredibly easy to drink.

Come celebrate on the patio. Dogs obviously welcome.

Cans are back in stock!! We’ve got our seltzer, double IPA, Irish extra stout, and our hazy IPA available.

We have a plan moving forward so we should always have cans available. We appreciate everyone’s patience.

The Moirae Mobile is packed and ready for brew day tomorrow! All of our American beers are made with American malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda. Their small batch floor malted barley is some of the freshest and most aromatic we’ve come across. No Malt No Beer.
