I’ll have this available at the farmers market next Saturday. All natural cast iron scrub. No harsh chemicals. We should all know not to use dish detergent on cast iron!

Where are my blueberry and rhubarb fans!?

Made a quick batch of 5 jars of blueberry rhubarb jam this morning. I’ll have it available Saturday morning!

I’ll have both red and green tomatoes at the farmers market tomorrow, as well as radishes, rhubarb, green onions, large yellow onions, fresh bags of mixed lettuce, broccoli and of course eggs and jellies. Come out and support local!

It’s been a busy morning around here! I have to take advantage of my days away from my “real” job.

Started the morning with blackberry butter bright and early. It’s ran through the food mill, so it’s seedless!

A friend requested pineapple jam to fill cupcakes, so while I was at it I made a batch of pina colada. A touch of coconut and some rum extract and it’s a nice tropical jam.

Had some raspberries I pulled out of the freezer, so next came raspberry moscato jam.

I’m taking a break for a bit, then I’ll do something with the peaches, mango and blackberry juice I have thawing. Hoping for 4 dozen jars today to replace what I sold Saturday and jump ahead by a few. 😂

One of my favorites is done and cooking this morning. Peach rhubarb jam is so good! The sweet peaches paired with that tart rhubarb. 💕 My rhubarb plants are going a bit crazy with this weather.

After not getting eggs for the longest time, my ducks decided the cold snap 2 weeks ago was a great time to start laying 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. The chickens finally decided they’d join in a couple days ago. This is this mornings haul. Slow, but steady increase.
