I’m still winding down from the abundance of support received at last nights parade!
I’m in total awe of the amount of orders that rolled in.
I’m so appreciative of anyone who ordered, stopped to say hi, browsed the menu, or popped their head in to take in the sweet smell of fresh mini pancakes.

Never did I expect this to be as much fun as it is. And I hope to continue brining you all fun, tasty treats!!

With that being said, I’d like to give back to my community in the best way I know how… sharing my mini pancakes with you!!
