With great peace in this decision, we announce that weā€™re getting out of the cattle business.

Iā€™ve worn many hats in my young life, but my Blasdel Ranch hat will always be my favorite.
The past three years at the helm of Blasdel Ranch have produced some of the most challenging, and some of the most rewarding moments. From the hirings and firings, to the trespassers and poachers, to the good, the bad and the ugly, weā€™ve learned so much. To all the farmers and ranchers out thereā€” you have my sincere respect!

Weā€™ve got some great successors lined up to lease the ranch. We look forward to seeing what the future holds!
