If there’s ever been a perfect time to bring a little extra magic home, this is it. We are rehoming our adorable pair of Shetland ponies, and they truly are the kind every child dreams about.
These two are half brothers and have been together their entire lives. They share a special bond and clearly love each other—grazing side by side, calling for one another, and finding comfort together. While we are willing to separate them, we would strongly prefer they go together to a home that can keep their lifelong friendship intact.
💛 Temperament:
They may be shy and timid at first, but don’t let that fool you—once they warm up, they are incredibly sweet and gentle. They’ve been raised with our four daughters, handled daily, and are very used to kids. They have been ridden and saddled, making them wonderful starter ponies for young riders.
🧲 Care & Health:
• Stand exceptionally well for the farrier (they actually run to her)
• Regularly maintained by our farrier will even let children clean their feet (see photos)
• Very healthy and hardy
• Easy keepers – low maintenance and uncomplicated care, full winter coats no need to blanket if shelter is available (I feed mule city feed only and Hay only)
🐴 Why We’re rehoming:
Our girls have simply outgrown them and are moving on to our larger horses. This decision is bittersweet, and finding the right home matters deeply to us.
🎁 Why They’re Perfect for Christmas:
Imagine the look on a child’s face Christmas morning when they realize the pony they’ve been wishing for is waiting outside. These ponies offer more than rides—they bring responsibility, confidence, joy, and unforgettable childhood memories.
💰 Special Holiday Deal:
Because it’s Christmas and because keeping them together matters to us, we are offering a great deal, especially for a family willing to give both boys a home together.
